Our candles are handmade with 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrances.
What does it mean for candles to be personalized?
Our PERSONALIZE option is designed to let you create your own unique design with us. Choose your fragrance, color, packaging type, and add personalized labels with names, dates, or special messages if it's a gift. Every detail counts.
How long do candles last?
It depends on the size, but on average our candles last between 30 and 60 hours of burn time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We process and customize your order within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I return a candle if I don't like the scent?
As these are personalized products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an error or defect, we will be happy to resolve it. See REFUND POLICY
Are candles safe for pets and children?
We use non-toxic ingredients, but we always recommend keeping candles out of reach of children and pets and not leaving them burning unattended.
